Step 1

Mix warm milk with yeast and 10 grams of sugar, set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Sift bread flour, SuperSoft, milk power, salt and remain 50 grams of sugar in a separate mixing bowl.

Step 3

Add melted butter and egg to a dry-ingredients bowl.
Step 4

Combine wet ingredients from step 1 into a bowl. Knead the dough thoroughly then cover with food plastic wrap. Let the dough sit for 1 hour.
Step 5

After 1 hour, Punch down the dough to release the air then slice into 6 equal pieces. Place them in baking case, let it sit for another 30 minutes.

Step 6
​
After 30 minutes, lightly brush tops of the dough with egg yolk and milk. Bake at 160 °C for 15 - 20 minutes
