Gluten-free Brownie

Step 1

In a large saucepan, melt butter. Then add cocoa powder and stir until combine. Set aside to cool.

​

Step 2

In separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar together, keep whisking until dissolve.

​

Step 3

​

Add butter, cassava flour, dry ingredients, and vanilla extract. Stir well. 

​

Step 4

​

Line baking pan with parchment paper. Pour batter in then top with chocolate chips and nuts.

​

Step 5

​

Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes

  • Eggs

       2        eggs

​

  • Sugar

       210    grams

​

  • Vanilla extract
    1        teaspoons

​

  • Baking soda
    1/4     teaspoon

​

  • Nuts
    115    grams

​

  • Chocolate chips
    55      grams
