Classic Pancake

Step 1

 

Mix all purpose flour with other dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix the wet ingredients together in separate bowl. 

​

Step 3

 

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients bowl and mix just until combined. 

​

Step 4

Heat some oil in a large skillet on medium heat and pour a ladle of the batter into the pan. Let cook for about 2-3 minutes until little bubbles start to form on top, then flip and let cook for another minute.

Step 5

Serve with your favourite toppings like blueberries, yogurt or maple syrup!

  • Baking powder

       1/2    teaspoon​

 

  • Salt
    1/4    teaspoon

​

  • Vanilla extract
    1       teaspoon

​

  • Almond milk
    1/4    cup

​

  • Eggs
    2       eggs

​

  • Coconut oil
    1       teaspoon
