Classic Homemade Bread

Step 1

​

Mix warm milk with yeast and 10 grams of sugar, set aside for 10 minutes.

​

Step 2

Mix bread flour with the rest of the ingredients, knead thoroughly for 10 minutes. Cover dough with food wrap and let it sit for 1 hour.

Step 3

​

After 1 hour, knead dough thoroughly then slice into 6 equal pieces. Place them in baking case, let it sit for another 30 minutes.

​

Step 4

​

Line baking pan with parchment paper. Pour batter in then top with chocolate chips and nuts.

​

Step 5

​

Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • Bread Flour
    ​240    grams​

​

  • Sugar

       60      grams

​

  • Milk powder

       20      grams

​

  • Yeast

       2        teaspoons

​

  • Salt
    1        teaspoon

​

  • Warm milk
    250    ml.

​

  • Egg (No.2)
    1        egg

​

  • Melted butter
    100    grams
